Buyer-Seller- Meet at CAPINDIA 2019
All the four Councils will be organizing a “Buyer-Seller- Meet” during CAPINDIA 2019 that will help bring together the foreign buyers and Manufacturers & exporters of above mentioned items under one roof.
In this regard, Embassy requests that we may be provided the database of major important Manufacturers / Importers /Distributors and Traders in Kazakhstan in order of preference depending on size & turn- over with their Company Profile. Embassy would also request mobilisation of buyer’s participation in CAPINDIA 2019 from Kazakhstan. The Selection of foreign buyers will be done strictly as per their company profile. CAPINDIA would also facilitate commercial and technical cooperation and explore joint ventures in the above sectors. This event would provide unique opportunity to major buyers from Kazakhstan to interact with Indian manufacturers/exporters for sourcing their product requirements from India.
The selected delegates will be provided to and fro air fare (in the form of e-ticket or reimbursement towards the air fare from the capital city of the Country to Mumbai as well as complete local hospitality such as Local airport transfers, Hotel accommodation, Working Lunch, etc. Details are given below.
It is mandatory for all the foreign delegates to attend the Inaugural Function and the subsequent Buyer Seller Meet.
OFFER OF TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION TO THE SELECTED FOREIGN DELEGATES FOR CAPINDIA 2019 FOR BUYER SELLER MEET
1. Organiser will provide the Air ticket (Full/Partial - to and fro economy class) and Hotel accommodation during the event.
2. In some cases, organiser will cover part of the air fare (reimbursement of air fare will be done against copy of the air-ticket mentioning the amount in US$, Receipt copy of the amount paid to Travel Agent in USD, Stamp of Immigration page and copy of the passport of front and last page with address) and full accommodation (during event) for people confirming with copy of air ticket after selection as per the following Details: -
AFRICA / Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS Countries) / ASEAN + Australia and New Zealand / Middle East / European Union & Rest of the World: Maximum Reimbursement of Airfare USD 650 or the Air ticket amount, whichever is lower.
Deadline to avail this offer: 25 January 2019
To avail the offer the application should be received on or before 25th January 2019 (subject to selection of the competent authorities of council).
Application received on or after 25th January 2019 will be given only hotel accommodation during the event. (Subject to selection of the competent authorities of council).
The selected candidate will be informed February, 2019 onwards. All these selected applicants must confirm their participation by 15th February 2019.
