On
August 8, 2018, the Commerce & Industry and Aviation Minister
H.E. Mr. Suresh Prabhu launched “Niryat Mitra” Mobile Application
Promoting India’s International Trade. It is a unique mobile
application providing wide range of information required to undertake
international trade right from the policy provisions for export and
import.
The
application is useful
for every business community especially those wanting to do business
with India as it provides daily policy updates, access to very useful
business tools like ITC HS finder, India’s GST rate finder, India’s
export and import policy finder at product level, MFN/preferential
tariff and rules of origin finder and also market access requirement
finder for 87 countries including that of India etc. In addition,
Niryat Mitra provides access to a database of over 26000 exporters
dealing in every product and services sector. Foreign companies can
search, select and send business queries to these companies, as well
as find out a brief profile of Indian exporters.
