3rd India-Central Asia Youth Delegation Forum which is scheduled to be held from 22 March – 28 March 2025
Embassy of India, Astana announces 3rd India-Central Asia Youth Delegation Forum which is scheduled to be held from 22 March – 28 March 2025 wherein members of the Youth Delegation from Kazakhstan will visit India (2-3 cities). The expenditure of the visit will be borne by the Government of India which includes return economy class air-tickets, local hospitality including accommodation, food and transportation. The members of the Youth Delegation would also get the chance to meet high level dignitaries in India, high level government functionaries, visits to Institutions of repute and will experience rich culture, heritage and diversity of India.
In this regard, applications are invited from eligible Kazakh nationals to be a member of the 3rd India-Central Asia Youth Delegation Forum. Application Proforma is attached (can also be downloaded from the link given below). Last date for submission of applications along with Bio-data/ CV is 07.02.2025.
The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of interview and English proficiency test to be conducted by the Embassy of India, Astana. Dates for the interview and English proficiency tests would be conveyed to the short-listed candidates later.
The terms and conditions for the participation are as follows:
Mandatory requirements:
- Citizenship of Kazakhstan
- Age group: 22 – 29 years (below 30 years of age)
- Proficient in English language
- Medically fit to travel to India
- Passport with a validity of at least 6 months
Desirable requirements:
- Candidates who have demonstrated remarkable achievement in his/her chosen field of study/work/profession.
- Candidates who have obtained excellent academic grades.
- Candidates who have participated in extra-curricular activities and excelled in them at University level.
- Candidates with proven leadership qualities and good social and communication skills.
- Candidates who are young achievers and popular as youth icons.
It may be noted that the Candidates must be in a position to meet any other incidental expenses other than those mentioned above.
