The BKJ Quiz portal (www.bkjquiz.com) has gone live. People can now register to take the quiz. They can also start with mock quiz. An App for the Quiz will be shortly available on Apple and Google Play store for iPhone and Android users to download.
2. The Quiz has been launched launched virtually by EAM on 11 November 2024, through a video message. It will run for a month (till 11 December 2024). The following are the main features of the quiz:
i) Quiz invites participation in two categories:
(a) NRIs; and
(b) PIOs and Foreign nationals.
ii) Participants should be in the age group of 14 to 50 years, as on 11 December 2024.
iii) Participants have to register themselves in order to take the quiz. They can register through email or social media (Meta, Google, and Apple) accounts. All participants will be asked to mention their category of participation, country of residence and month and year of birth.
iv) Participants attempting the quiz will have to answer 30 questions. Each text and image-based question has to be answered within 30 seconds and audio/video question within 40 seconds. The quiz has a total time limit of 17 minutes to answer all questions. The participants will have the option to skip up to 3 questions.
v) Participants are allowed to take as many attempts as they want. However, a limit of 5 attempts per day has been imposed to safeguard the quiz database against any cyber theft. Detailed rules, terms and conditions of the

vi) The Quiz is backed by a database of more than 10,000 questions of which 1/3rd are multimedia questions. The
Quiz engine will randomly select these questions for the participants.
vii) The Quiz web portal has a mobile friendly interface and hence, can be accessed on a smart phone. The portal is in English with an option for Google-powered translation. However, the quiz questions and answer options are only available in English.
PRIZE
viii) The grand prize of the quiz is a chance to win a 2-week long excursion to India by top 30 scorers. There will be a limit of two winners in each category from one country. Their visit will include participation in the PBD celebration in Bhubaneshwar, where they are likely to have a photo opportunity with Hon’ble PM and interact with him.
ix)In addition to the Grand Prize, the participants will also be offered an electronic Certificate of Participation (to all participants completing the quiz), and Certificate of Excellence (to participants scoring 25 or more).These will be system generated and can be printed by the participants.
