Celebration of 75 th Independence Day of India in Kazakhstan

The Embassy of India in Kazakhstan celebrated 75th Independence Day of India on 15th Aug 2021 at 0900 hrs with hoisting of the National Flag by Ambassador Shubhdarshini Tripathi followed by reading of the message of the Hon'ble President of India, delivered on the eve of the 75th Independence Day.

Ambassador also launched ICCR’s global digital Painting & Poster Making Competition to commemorate 75 years of Independence. Pick up your brushes and participate by expressing ‘IDEA OF INDIA’ (www.iccr.gov.in/Iccr4Art/index.php).

In view of the pandemic and quarantine regulations, the event was attended by members of the Embassy only. The Representative Office of India in Almaty also celebrated 75th Independence Day of India by hoisting the National Flag and reading of the message of the Hon'ble President of India.
