On her first official visit to Almaty, Ambassador Shubhdarshini Tripathi visited National Library of Kazakhstan, Pradnya Institute of Yoga, Kazakhstan Joint Peacekeeping Room, School number 92. Ambassador interacted with Indian Community in Almaty and Incham. She also met Head of Representative Office of MFA in Almaty.
Ambassador met Ms Kulzhan Sauytovna Shazhabayeva, Director, School Number 92, Almaty named after Mahatma Gandhi and gifted her Hindi translation of work of Kazakh poet Abai.

Ambassador visited India Kazakhstan Joint Peacekeeping Room at Kazcent, Almaty. She was received by the commandant and briefed on the activities of Kazakhstan Centre for Peacekeeping (Kazcent). She also signed the visitors book at the Centre.
